Burst water pipe

Jimmy wasn’t keen on a trip to the GP to ‘discuss his private life’ as he put it. I’m not surprised but where do we go from here? I guess the only way forward is to try out some premature ejaculation treatment recommendations that don’t include formal counselling sessions or medications so I have been on the computer researching again.

I have found the following suggestions on the internet which do claim to help treat premature ejaculation:

One rather bizarre natural cure for premature ejaculation is for the man to rest his feet! This is because men tend to tense up their legs before ejaculating so by relaxing the leg muscles it is thought premature ejaculation can be prevented.

Another idea is for the man to first control his breathing and then, when he feels he will ejaculate, to squeeze the head or the base of the penis for 20 seconds or less. It is important to note that this technique requires patience and practise. I’m not sure what Jimmy will say when I suggest these ideas to him, he will probably laugh!

An easy natural cure for premature ejaculation is to take Ginseng which is known to improve sexual performance. Ginseng can be purchased from most health food shops and Jimmy simply needs to take the supplement once per day. I’m sure he can manage this one!

Other ideas are to focus on foreplay, give up coffee, alcohol and tea, and adopt a natural diet with plenty of fruits and vegetable, especially asparagus and garlic as it is thought that these can naturally prevent premature ejaculation.

The most important thing which comes up time and time again regarding premature ejaculation treatment is to learn to relax. Practicing yoga and meditation is suggested as they can help to clear the mind and reduce anxiety and premature ejaculation has known to be cured using simple relaxation techniques.

Lots to think about!
