
Good news. Jimmy does seem to be lasting longer during sex so something about the premature ejaculation treatment seems to be working!
The yoga course is going really well and is not only bringing us closer by allowing us to spend time together but I believe it has helped with the premature ejaculation issue too. Anyway, it turns out that his mate has had a similar problem in the past and he recommended Jimmy use masturbation to help treat it as that was what really helped him. He said that it allowed him to work out where his thresholds were at and work on improving them.
So (apparently) when the man is masturbating and feels that the excitement is becoming too much he should stop and calm down before carrying on. Then this should be repeated so he is practicing what it feels like to last longer and also to hold in his excitement. The idea is that the more the man becomes used to this, then the longer he will be able to last during sex. Jimmy has been practising this ‘technique’ and it does seem to be a premature ejaculation treatment that it is helping him to last longer.
I think that this combined with his now more relaxed state of mind is really helping...I hope he continues to improve his premature ejaculation and is able to stay the relaxed guy he now is!
